These terms govern use of Jiwootech products and services unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
1. Acceptance
By using Jiwootech websites, applications, APIs, or hosted services, you agree to these terms and any order form or written agreement that applies to your account.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your organization. You must provide accurate account information and promptly remove users who should no longer have access.
3. Engineering use
Jiwootech products are engineering decision-support tools. You remain responsible for model inputs, assumptions, independent review, interpretation of results, and compliance with applicable professional standards, laws, and project requirements.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of models, material libraries, files, and other data you submit. You grant Jiwootech the limited rights needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the services.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the services, bypass access controls, reverse engineer hosted services except where allowed by law, or use the services to process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
6. Billing and subscriptions
Paid subscriptions, seats, renewals, taxes, and cancellation terms are governed by the checkout flow, order form, or written agreement used for your purchase.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep hosted services reliable, but maintenance, updates, outages, and feature changes may occur. We may modify or discontinue features as the products evolve.
8. Disclaimers and limits
Except where a written agreement states otherwise, services are provided as-is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jiwootech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
